Learning the basic gymnastics skills not only helps your child move their body with confidence, but helps them to fall safely reducing physical injuries throughout their lives.

The beginning class is designed for those who have very little to no tumbling experience.  It is designed to help you learn the basic skills.  In these classes you will have a qualified and knowledgeable instructor that can help you master those beginning skills safely, with the use of mats and other safety equipment, that will aid you on your way to become an expert.  You will learn handstands, back bends, kick overs, cartwheels,  forward rolls, back rolls, and more.
