Trampoline

Trampoline is a fun way to have a good time.  Also to learn new tricks and skill in a safe way.  Take these tricks to the ski hill, skate park or to the water or just challenge your friend to a back yard competition of tramp skills.   You will learn basic skill – how to stop safely and bounce accurately, tucks, pikes & straddles; setting up a good twist; front or back flips along with much more.  The sky is the limit.

Parkour

Parkour is a training discipline using movement that developed from military obstacle course training.   Parkours aim is to get from one point to another in a complex environment, without assistive equipment and in the fastest and most efficient way possible.   Parkour includes running, climbing, swinging, vaulting jumping, rolling, taking your gymnastic skills to the street.  Come learn these skills in a safe controlled environment.
