Trampoline is a fitness program that is the height of Play and fun. Trampoline routines incorporate strength, flexibility, stamina and intense core strengthing. It is a fun way to work out and increase your tumbling skills. Professional training with Tyson Bybee.

This class is designed to teach you the basics of air and space awareness.  it will help you learn new and creative tricks.  The main goal is to help you grow, learn and be safe and have FUN!   This is a great class for everyone.  We help and encourage each individual to start where they are and learn from there.  Everyone in this class can be successful.
